- 3⁄4 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite is best)
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 (10 ounce) can biscuits
- 3⁄4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or more)
directions
- Brown ground beef and drain any grease.
- In separate skillet, caramelize onion and garlic until desired consistency.
- Add sauce and brown sugar until well blended and hot.
- Press biscuits into ungreased muffin tins.
- Spoon meat mixture into cups.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
