Taking Jill4man's advice, I made this for a potluck at the office. I used 24 hot dogs, one 25 oz. can of chili, 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup and 8 oz of green chilies. It was delicious and there was plenty of sauce for all of the hot dogs! There is WAY too much testosterone at my place of employment and this was the FIRST dish these boys headed for. And then they went back for more. By the end of the potluck I was able to just take the empty crockpot bag out and throw it away! I am going to make it for DHs next potluck and I think I will add a can of chopped jalapenos instead of green chilies to give it a bit more zip?.

WOW - this was really good and so easy! I varied a few ingrediants. I use jalapenos instead of green chilis (we like it spicy) and I used bratwurst instead of hotdogs. I served it with french fries - the sauce was great on the dogs, plus it makes for great chili-cheese fries! My husband scarfed this up!
