A very moist and delicious muffin made healthy! Can be made as muffins or as a loaf.

Great muffins, I substituted coconut oil instead of the margarine.

Directions

  1. Cream first 4 ingredient.
  2. Add bananas, zucchini and vanilla to mixture.
  3. Mix in baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  4. Mix in flours and chocolate chips. Mix until all flour is blended.
  5. If making muffins, line muffin tins with paper and spray with no stick cooking spray.
  6. For muffins bake at 325 for 18 minutes For loaf bake at 350 for 50 minute.
