i used all whole wheat and these turned out fantastic! this will become a family regular!

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  5. Grease heated griddle.
  6. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter from spoon or pitcher on griddle or pan.
  7. Cook until pancakes are puffed and dry around edges.
  8. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown.
