Banana Chip Cookies

"This is a delicious cookie recipe. Kids love it. AND....for those with allergies, it's egg-free. I like to make it with PB chips, but it's great with chocolate chips or a combo of both!"

  2. Wow! These are great! I love banana bread so I thought I'd try these. DH (said don't loose the recipe) and kids loved them. For my oldest it was an adventure, but he loved them as well. I used a combo of chocolate and peanut butter chips (you can buy them that way), followed the recipe as is. This is definately a keeper! Thanks for posting!!

  3. These are good but not great. They are soft and a tiny bit mushy. The banana taste is very very strong to the exclusion of the chocolate chips. I made them for an office gathering and they were all eaten, but I wouldn't make them again for myself.

  4. Wow! What a great recipe. I was looking for a way to use my ripe bananas other than banana loaf and this recipe nailed it! The only thing I did differently was that I added 1/2 tsp baking powder and I put them in for 12 minutes.
