"My friend who is a baker gave me this recipe because I am in love with these cookies! You don't have to be vegan to enjoy these. *Don't omit the cinnamon. It's what makes these cookies the best."

These vegan cookies are AMAZING! I made these cookies not because I am vegan, but because I was looking for a healthier and easier go-to cookie recipe. I used less oats than what the recipe called for, and added chocolate chips (not vegan, sorry!) and the cookies were so, so good. Would definitely recommend this recipe to any unexperienced home-cooks, like me. Can't wait to make these again!!!

DELICIOUS!!! To make it truly vegan, I used Sugar In the Raw turbinado cane sugar instead of white and brown sugar because they're processed with bone char.
