I made this for my husband's birthday. I followed the recipe exactly. It was WONDERFUL! The cake is moist, and the glaze is decadent. I will be making this again. I used a bundt pan, and it came out perfect. Thank you!

  1. Whip butter in bowl.
  2. Sift in dry ingredients.
  3. Add milk, bananas, eggs and mix.
  4. Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes Combine ingredients for icing in a heavy saucepan, and cook until well blended.
  5. Spread over cake while still warm.
  6. (Tip- to make sour milk, add a splash of vinegar and stir).
