- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
directions
- Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken, coating thoroughly.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally.
- Bake for 60 minutes in 180 C oven, or until tender.
- Bake for an extra 5-10 minutes on 250C if crispiness is desired.
