This is a tasty dressing that can be used on salads or as a marinade.

- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped or crushed
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or 2 teaspoons honey mustard
- Combine ingredients and shake well.
This is just a basic simple vinaigrette using balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar. In my opinion, you just can't go wrong with the basics. This was great on a green salad.
