Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 medium vidalia onion, peeled,quatered (or other sweet onion)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 12 teaspoon italian seasoning


  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brush onion with tomato paste and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Wrap in aluminium foil, leaving an airspace, and bake 1 hour or until tender.
