    These were ok. I used white onions and cut the honey down a little as some suggested. Maybe next time I'll try vidalia's.

    I only used 4 onions and and that may have contributed to the extra sweetness...these were tasty, but almost tasted candied to me. I think next time I will cut the honey a bit.
