- 6 slice bacon, finely chopped
- 226.79 g light cream cheese, softened
- 236.59 ml light sour cream
- 118.29 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- potato chips or cracker
directions
- In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon 7 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Place all ingredients, except bacon in your slow cooker.
- Crumble the bacon and sprinkle on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until cheese is melted (do not stir).
- Reduce heat to low until ready to serve.
