Bacon Cheese Bites

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup light sour cream
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar and colby cheese
• 1⁄4 cup bacon, crumbled (cooked)
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika (approximately)

directions

1. Heat oven to 400°F Spray cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix sour cream and water in medium bowl until well combined. Add Bisquick, cheese and bacon pieces. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika. Serve warm.
5. Can be kept warm in a crock pot.
