If you are a fan of Chicken Salad you will love this one! Try different items to add...some like to add green bell peppers. Let me know what you like. Add a squirt of mustard to add a tangy taste.
- 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
- 1 (7 1/4 ounce) box chicken rice-a-roni
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, Sliced
- 1 (11 ounce) can marinated artichokes, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- Cook Rice according to instructions and cool completely.
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 day prior to serving.
