- 29.58 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 29.58 ml red wine vinegar
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 2.46 ml minced garlic
- 1.23 ml paprika
- 1.23 ml dry mustard
- 0.61 ml salt
- 0.25 ml dried basil
- 0.25 ml ground red pepper
- 1182.95 ml mixed salad greens
- 946.36 ml torn romaine lettuce
- 591.47 ml cubed Asian pears (about 1 large)
- 473.18 ml chopped granny smith apples (about 1 large)
- 118.29 ml thinly sliced red onion
- 59.14 ml crumbled goat cheese
directions
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.
- Combine salad greens, romaine lettuce, Asian pear, apple, and red onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette, and toss well to coat. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese.
- Serve immediately.
