"This is the perfect after work snack, it has a comforting and refreshing flavor. My mom made this when we were younger and I have adapted and made it my own. tip: you can also substitute orange juice instead of pineapple, both are delicious! chill the glass in the refrigerator for a few minutes if desired."

  • Place first three ingredients in blender, (milk, banana and pineapple juice) and blend for 15 seconds on medium speed or until banana is smooth.
  • Add ice cream, cinnamon and mint extract and blend for another 20-30 seconds.
  • Pour into tall glass, drink and enjoy!
