This is the perfect after work snack, it has a comforting and refreshing flavor. My mom made this when we were younger and I have adapted and made it my own. tip: you can also substitute orange juice instead of pineapple, both are delicious! chill the glass in the refrigerator for a few minutes if desired.
- 3⁄4 cup milk (I use 2%)
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1⁄3 cup pineapple juice
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 2 -3 drops mint extract

- Place first three ingredients in blender, (milk, banana and pineapple juice) and blend for 15 seconds on medium speed or until banana is smooth.
- Add ice cream, cinnamon and mint extract and blend for another 20-30 seconds.
- Pour into tall glass, drink and enjoy!
