  • 12 small banana
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 14 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetener to taste)

  • Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth.
  • Sweeten to taste.

  1. I didn't have a small banana and used a full banana. I swapped the skim milk for soy, vanilla extract for almond extract. Overall, it was delicious. Thanks for sharing. It's part of my lunch.

  4. I love it! Except I used 2 % milk, vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 3/4 banana, unsweetened cocoa and thats it :) no sugar or ice added. Thanks for the recipe
