Directions

  1. Cut bread slices in half.
  2. Arrange bread in buttered 8x8 inch dish and sprinkle with onion.
  3. Place asparagus over bread and onion.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Beat eggs with salt, pepper and curry.
  6. Add milk and cream; beat well.
  7. Pour evenly over bread and asparagus.
  8. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
  9. This will be puffed and brown.
