Simple and easy -- a great dip!
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
- Variation -- top with a little more parmesan(or experiment with other cheeses on top) 10 minutes into baking.
This was so easy and very good. I scaled the recipe way down, using 1/4 cup mayo. I served with whole grain chips and used some for a sandwich spread for a roasted eggplant sandwich, yum!
This was good. Simple to make and a nice flavor. I think when I make it again, I will put some green chilies in it. Thanks for sharing your recipe iewe. Made for PAC Spring '08.
This was really good! I topped it with a little mozzarella and served with fresh veggies and wheat crackers. It was a little salty for my taste, so next time I use a little less parmesan, but I will make it again! Made for ZWT8
