- 340.19 g jar water-packed artichoke hearts, drained
- 822.13 g canned cut green beans, rinsed and drained
- 56.69 g jar chopped pimiento, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 118.29 ml finely chopped celery
- 118.29 ml halved cherries or 118.29 ml grape tomatoes
- 118.29 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 59.14 ml vinegar
- 59.14 ml Splenda granular
- 2.46 ml seasoning salt
- 2.46 ml black pepper
- 2.46 ml celery seed
directions
- Place artichoke hearts, green beans, pimientos, onion, garlic, celery, and tomatoes in a bowl and mix well.
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Splenda, seasoned salt, pepper and celery seed.
- Mix vinaigrette with salad.
- Cover salad and chill 4-6 hours (cooking time) before serving to allow time for flavors to meld.
