Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash & dry chicken. Arrange in baking dish with carrots between the pieces.
  3. Melt butter in a small saute pan. Add preserves and stir.
  4. Add soy sauce and garlic powder.
  5. When smooth, pour over chicken and carrots.
  6. Cover baking dish with foil & bake for 45-60 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minute.
