Easy to make and we liked it. Found it more like apple butter than apple sauce though. The point of using orange peel is a mystery. No taste of orange, it did, in my opinion, not add anything to the recipe. The apple sauce was not overly sweet which we appreciated. Had some warm with ice-cream, very nice, and will use the rest as a substitute for butter in a cake. Made for PAC Fall '07. Thanks for posting.
