Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 pie dough (enough for 2 pie crusts)
  • 7 good-sized apples (peeled and sliced into 1 inch thick slices)
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Streusel Topping

  • 12 cup sugar
  • 34 cup flour
  • 12 cup butter

Directions

  1. Fit pie dough into 12 or 14-inch pizza pie pan, turning up edge and fluting to make a rim.
  2. Place apples on dough slightly overlapping in circles, moving from rim to center.
  3. Combine 1/2 c sugar and spices, sprinkle over apples.
  4. For topping, mix 1/2 c sugar and flour.
  5. Cut in butter untikl coarse mixture forms.
  6. Sprinkle over apples.
  7. Bake uncovered at 450* for 20-25 mins, until crust is golden brown and apples are tender.
  8. Cut in pizza slices to serve.
