  1. A simple salad, but very good. I used a sweet onion, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. This is a nice, sweet and crunchy salad. Thanx for sharing!

  2. I am not a fan of onion so I left those out and added crumbled feta. Delish! This was such a good pairing with our grilled pork chops, and so healthy! We will have this again. Thanks!

  3. What a refreshing salad! I used a whole bag of baby spinach and multiplied the dressing ingredients accordingly. I also added one can of drained mandarin oranges, 1/2 of a small bag of craisins, and 1 cup of cashew halves. We had guests for dinner and this salad was lauded by all! Thanks so much for a GREAT recipe.

  4. Simple salad that is a breeze to make. My 13 yr old DS said 'I really like this dressing' AND he NEVER says that so I wouldn't dare give this one less than 5 stars!! I tripled the recipe, used torn regular spinach and used fresh lime juice - it was perfect for a quick light dinner tonight! Made for My 3-Chef's.

This recipe was really good and exceeded my expectations. I made no or little changes to the recipe and will definitely make it again. 4 star - A very good recipe. I quite enjoyed it, but had to make a few changes here and there. All in all, it met my expectations. I will probably make it again. 3 star - An ok recipe. I liked it a bit, but had to make major changes. It may have a good flavour, but the texture was off or something. Usually I don't make three star recipes again. 2 star - I didn't enjoy this recipe. The flavour and texture was WAY off and so were the directions. I will not make this recipe again. 1 star - I don't give one stars! I think they are too mean!
