Apple Rolls

ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 7⁄8 cup milk

Filling
- 1⁄2 cup soft butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 -6 apples (peeled and sliced)
- 2 cups boiling water
directions
- DougH:.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Cut in butter and work until mixture is like cornmeal.
- Add milk.
- Knead well.
- Roll into a long oblong.
- Spread butter onto dough and cover with brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Place apples over dough.
- Roll up like a jelly roll.
- Slice into 1 inch slices.
- Place in grased 9 x 12 pan.
- Sprinkle tops with a small amound of sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour boiling water gently over.
- Bake 350 30 minutes.
