Basically an egg white omelette with apple. It is delicious, and low-cal. Unfortunately I can't remember where I got it from.

Directions

  1. Core and dice the apple.
  2. Sprinkle with sweetener and spices.
  3. Microwave for approx 2 minutes.
  4. Lightly whip the egg whites and cook in skillet until done.
  5. Slide onto a plate, put apple mixture on one half then flip the other half of the omletter over.

This is great for helping me get more fruit in my diet! I had thought egg whites boring, but this was delicious with the apples and cinnamon. I like dessert for breakfast! Thanks for posting Elizabet. Made for When It's Hot Tag Game.

This was very good! I added a touch of splenda and cinnamon to the egg whites also, very surprisingly tasty!

This one was interesting. I doubled it for my daughter and I. She couldn't get over the fact that there were apples and eggs together and that felt weird to her. I enjoyed the combo, but don't know that I would do it again. Thanks for a fun one to try.
