A quick & yummy way to get a healthy breakfast in. Made this on a whim one morning when I was craving apples.
- 1 pita pocket
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Smear peanut butter inside pita pockets.
- Sprinkle with apple pie spice and sugar.
- Add diced apples. Feel free to add more or less of the ingredients, to accomodate your taste.
