Wonderfully delicious and it makes a really nice presentation. The cake is very moist and full of apple pieces and of course, that marvelous cream cheese surprise. It is a little time consuming, but this cake is well worth the effort. The hard part of this dish is waiting for the cake to cool so you can slice up a piece of heaven.
