"This is an absolutely delicious Apple Cake with cream cheese frosting!!!"

ingredients

• Cake

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour, heaped
• 4 cups peeled diced baking apples, sliced very thin
• 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

• Frosting

• 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar
• 12 ounces cream cheese
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cup chopped walnuts

directions

1. In greased 13" by 9" pan.
2. mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
