"Simple orange frosting"

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 3 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1⁄4 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoon orange zest

directions

1. Mix Crisco oil, salt, about 1 cup sugar, and orange peel. Add orange juice and rest of sugar alternately; mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Add more sugar to thicken or juice to thin frosting, if needed, for good spreading consistency.
