ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 453.59 g can sauerkraut
- 73.94 ml butter
- 118.29 ml cream (you can add milk like i have to)
- 473.18 ml water
- 473.18 ml instant potato flakes
directions
- saute onion in butter
- add sauerkraut you can drain it ,if thats what you do.
- saute until onion light gold
- add water.
- bring to a boil
- add potatoes.
- mix in cream to desired thickness.
