This cream cheese spread is good on bagels, banana bread, pumpkin bread,muffins--even fingers! Enjoy :) There is no cook time, just chill time.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
- 1⁄4 cup chopped blanched almond, toasted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add remaining ingredients by hand and stir well.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve with a toasted bagel and ENJOY!
