  • Mix sugars.
  • Add almonds.
  • Mix eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Mix together.
  • Knead til pliable.
  • Divide in 3.
  • Wrap each in tinfoil.
  • Let stand overnight.
  • Roll out 1 ball to 1/2 inch thick and cover cakes.
  • Let stand overnight covered with a tea towel.
  • Ice cakes if desired.
