  • 177.44 ml milk
  • 118.29 ml butter, at room temperature
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 473.18 ml diced celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 236.59 ml chopped almonds
  • 2.46 ml salt
  • 1.23 ml pepper
  • 1.23 ml ginger (optional)

  • Soak the bread crumbs in the milk until soggy (about 15-30 minutes).
  • Meanwhile, beat the softened butter, add the well-beaten eggs.
  • Add the other ingredients (breadcubes, onion, almonds, celery, spices) and mix well.
  • Season with extra salt and pepper to taste.
