If they served this in grade school, you wouldn't have had any trouble learning your ABC's. This delicious bread has A=apples and apricot preserves, B=bananas, and C=cinnamin. Add walnuts, and you have a delicious, nutricious snack. For a fancy dessert, whip some cream with a hint of cinnamin and lemon zest, and add a dollop.

I really liked this loaf, the taste was very good and the baking time was perfect, but I was a bit disappointed with the struesal. I think it would have been better in the middle of the loafs, as it was it just went hard on the bottom. But the loafs were very good, it was just the struesal I had a problem with I might make it again and put the struesal on top or in the middle, maybe I read the recipe wrong. Made for RSC#15 Update, I just had to tell you that I gave one off the loafs away to my friend who was visiting the day I made this and she said to me how did you get that crunchy bit on the bottom. She loved it and said it was the best bit of the cake. So there you go not everyone has the same tastes, she rated it 5 star
