This is a "loaded" Guacamole that is anything but traditional!

  1. Cook bacon until crispy. Chop bacon and set aside. Seed and dice tomato, onion and jalapeno pepper. Dice Cilantro.Mix with bacon. In bowl mash 2 avocados. Cube remaining 2 avocados and fold into mash. Squeeze in juice of half the lime. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add Cayenne and Chipotle to taste along with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with lime and Cilantro. Makes about 2 cups.
