- 226.79 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 14.79-29.58 ml olive oil
- 2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 1.23-2.46 ml crushed red pepper flakes
- 4.92 ml montreal seasoning
- 4.92 ml fresh lemon zest
- 22.18 ml lemon juice
- 9.85 ml fresh parsley, finely chopped
directions
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet.
- Smash garlic cloves to release scent but do not chop. Add garlic, red pepper, and shrimp to oil.
- Cook, stirring to mix, until shrimp begins to turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Toss to mix. Remove garlic from pan and discard.
- Remove from heat and serve!
