- 340.19 g ground round
- 453.59 g diced tomatoes, undrained
- 157.80 ml salsa
- 236.59 ml chopped yellow onion
- 29.58 ml diced red peppers
- 9.85 ml chili powder
- 1.23 ml cumin
- 0.61 ml garlic powder
- 1.23 ml turmeric
- 473.18 ml cooked white rice
- 59.14 ml nonfat plain yogurt
- 118.29 ml light sour cream
- 59.14 ml chopped green onion
directions
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown ground beef in an ovenproof 10" skillet. Drain grease.
- Add tomatoes thru turmeric and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in the rice and place all in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Combine yogurt and sour cream.
- Remove skillet and let sit 5 minutes before serving with sour cream mixture and sprinkled green onion.
