- 4 cups chokecherry juice
- 2 cups white Karo
- 4 cups sugar

- Boil 5 minutes.
- Seal in jars.
- Very delicious on pancakes.

Chokecherry syrup has always been one of my favourite toppings for those breakfast pancakes. Not having been picking for a number of years made being on the receiving end of this lovely syrup a wonderful treat. Having made my fair share of chokecherry syrup finding the recipe called for the addition of the Karo syrup came as a surprise - the end result was a very delicious pancake syrup.
