"The following recipe was given to me by my mother, who was born and raised in Costa Rica. I remember making this easy treat with my mom every chance we had. It was a substitute for cup cakes or rice crispy treats. I am now handing down this recipe to my own three children, who beg me at least once a week to make them " Costa Rican Treats", also known as " Bolitas de Conflakes""
