  • Melt coconut oil with maple syrup in the microwave or in a small pan on stovetop on low heat. Add the cocoa powder and peanut butter and stir until well combined (or blend in a food processor).
  • Pour into molds and store in the fridge or freezer. The freezer ones will be ready in a few minutes. The fridge ones will take over an hour.

  1. Super easy and quick recipe! I added an extra layer of peanut butter in the middle by pouring some of the mixture in first, then just adding a dollop of peanut, and then covering it with more of the mixture. It came out delicious! I even sprinkled a little coconut on the top of some of them before I placed them in the freezer. I'm definitely using this recipe again!
