Mix the peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut flakes, and avocado together until consistent. Warm the mixture up in a microwave for 20 seconds. Stir the warmed mixture and add the honey on top. Continue to mix all the ingredients together until you get a brownie-like consistency. (Optional: In a blender, blend the raw almonds and 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes together. Add to your batter mixture. Save some for garnish.).
Once your mixture is a brownie-like consistency, separate them into tablespoons and roll them into a ball (or you can create fudge squares). Garnish with the blended almonds and coconut flakes, and top them with some freshly cracked Pink Himalayan salt (optional). Refrigerate the rolls for roughly 10-15 minutes before serving.
