Made as written for the Turkish Corbasi, Salatalar & Sandvic Challenge of CQ #4. This was an easy-fix that I made early in the day & chilled so the flavors could develop well. My DH esp liked this for its low-salt content & the absence of mayonnaise often abundantly present in carrot salads. I appreciate both varieties, so this was an all-around success for us. Thanks for sharing this recipe w/us.

I've been tracing my roots for at least 10 years. One branch came to America just after the Mayflower in the early 1600s. Others came in the early 1700s, late 1890s. So, my American roots run pretty deep and I am deeply patriotic. Just wish someone had thought to same me some land!</p>
