Garlicky Baked Clam Dip

ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 13 ounces chopped clams, undrained
directions
- Saute onion and garlic in the butter until softened. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Heat through. Place in a casserole dish and bake in the oven at 400* for twenty minutes. This can alsobe heated in the microwave if desired. Serve with crusty French bread.
- This recipe can be increased by four but only use 3/4 pound of butter to eliminate it being to greasy.
