ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for two hours. This will keep for two days.

Midnight Sun Chef thanks for posting your co-worker's recipe. At first one may think there will not be enough punch but these ingredients left for 2 hours in the fridge resulted in the flavors combining perfectly. The fresh lemon juice is the key ingredient. Also, don't skimp on the salt and pepper. I made a double batch and everyone enjoyed it. This was a yummy dip served cold with french bread. Made for my adoptee in Pick A Chef 2009. Enjoy. ChefDLH
