"I love stir fries but I don't ususally love store bought stir fry sauces. Here is a quick and easy stir fry sauce you can make yourself."

Yields:: 1/2 cup

ingredients

¹⁄₄ cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon rice or 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons ginger, fresh, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil, dark

directions

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
It will keep for 1 week, covered, in the refrigerator.
