ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1⁄3 cup parsley
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 minced shallots
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar

directions

1. Throw it all in the blender and blend until its the consitance of a paste.
