  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • Blend butter with sugar. Beat in the egg. Stir in the flour, oats, and raisins. Mix until combined.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (or you can grease instead).
  • With your hands, shape the dough into large, round patties, and place on the baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
