Lindsey's Quick and Easy Grilled Jerk Chicken

"This recipe started as an experiment in my kitchen when I got tired of the same old chicken and had to utilize what spices I had at the time. I improvised a bit, and It turned out great! The scent and flavor is excellent. The spices will smoke a bit and the chicken will have a blackened look, but when it is done it is succulent and moist. I hope you enjoy!"

  • Mix together all spice ingredients.
  • Brush the chicken lightly with Olive Oil.
  • Rub spice mixture all over chicken.
  • Grill at low heat until juices run clear, or chicken has reached 165 degrees F. (about 6-8 min each side, depending on chicken thickness).
