ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
• 60 g cooked and shredded chicken
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 5 tablespoons diced green bell peppers
• 1 cup lettuce
• 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs (minus the yolks)
